Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, the appointment will be canceled, and a 50% service fee will be applied

A credit card is required on file to secure appointments and will only be charged for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. If the card cannot be charged, payment must be made via invoice or at the next service and the card on file must be updated.
